Course for men & ladies

Learn how to listen, how to differentiate and interpretate the instruments when you are dancing bachata.

It doesn’t mind if you prefer a traditional style, sensual style…anyway, this course will help you to develop:

*Musical interpretation

*To understand the different touches of each musical instrument, and then you can apply it when you are dancing ( at social dance, at shows, competitions, workshops, regular lessons…..)

*You could create your own sequences, in a easier way

*You will improve your dance level

At the course, you will find:

Bongo: what are their different sounds (derecho,majao,Mambo),interpret this instrument with footwork and body movement.

Guitar: sound differentiation between first and second guitar, how can you interpret with footwork and body movement this instrument

Bass: you will understand how important is this instrument, why his sound is essential for the harmony of a bachata song; at the same time than you are dancing

Güira: recognize its sound at different songs, learn it’s different touches (derecho,Mambo, majao) and learn how to interpret each one with footwork and body movement.

We will work with a choreography, focus on the musicality, how important is the musical interpretation and We will use all the knowledge acquired during the course
